(a) Bugs fixed

Command:
1. [fixed] Both MLPPP and DynamicMLPPP flow disappear for 1-2sec and 
           then flow starts again.
2. [fixed] The flow is significantly effected by opening and closing
	   additional channel while PPP connection is established.
3. [fixed] Reinstallation seems to run quite well but a folder is 
	   left on the hard drive.

(b) New feature
1. Fully uninstallation program.
